Goya In Bordeaux. [Carlos Saura, 2000.]
The old Goya, stumbling around Bordeaux in his nightgown, flashes back to the career of the younger Goya; suggesting the obvious comparison, though I must have missed the part with the sled. We do see a lot of the paintings, but, obviously, they can tell Goya’s story without the assistance of Mr. Saura; why bother with a movie? Still, rest assured you get to see the Duchess of Alba naked.
